This site collects as little as possible. Below is what it collects, why, and what you can ask for.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Creative Corporation International SRL, CUI 32118595.

What we collect
Contact and inquiry forms: your name, email address and message, so that we can reply.
Technical data: our host, Cloudflare, processes data such as IP address and browser type in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Analytics and cookies
Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
The site uses no cookies for tracking or advertising. If you choose a language, a cookie named lang remembers your choice for one year. If you choose light or dark mode, the choice is saved only in your browser.
Forms are protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending the form and is not used for advertising.
Why, and on what legal basis
Replying to your messages: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you request before a possible acquisition (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
Security of the site: our legitimate interest in keeping it available and free of abuse (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
Who else sees the data
Cloudflare, Inc., for hosting, analytics, spam protection and email forwarding, and Google, whose mailbox receives the messages. Some of this processing may take place outside the European Union, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell your data and do not share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Messages: as long as needed to answer and follow up, and no longer than two years after the last exchange.
Technical data: for the short periods set by Cloudflare.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent. Write to contact@danandrei.com.
You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
Changes
If anything changes, this page will be updated and the date above will change with it.
